                                                          Repaint Process & Modifications                                                    

This is Farmtrac 60 and model 1996, we repaint in January 2020, after 26 years later. Before repainted tractor, the paint was fully damaged and some dents on the body. Firstly we wash tractor with the paint removal and after that remove the dents. All parts removed from the engine body such as tires, sheet metals, wiring, seats, and other parts.

1. The process begins with sanding the full body of tractor with wet 150 sanding paper.
2. Fill the dents with body filler (plastic putty).
3. Body filler(plastic putty) dry sanding with 80 sanding paper.
4. Use wet sanding with 220 sanding paper.
5. Fill N.C. putty on sanded body filler.
6. N.C putty sanding with wet 400 sanding paper.
7. First coat with Primer.
8. Proper Surfacer coating.
9. Use 2k high quality paint 3 or more coats.
